Massmail interface has provisions to add Header & Footer in the email which can help candidate to make quick decision and send response.

  1. Job Related Information
  • Designation: Provide Job Title assigned to candidate in hiring company
  • Job Location: Location is the crucial decision making factor while showing interest in massmail. As a recruiter, you can add 5 locations (at max) in a mail, location can be chosen from the list provided.
  • Experience: Specify the experience band eligible for the job.
  • Hiring Company Logo: Now, Recruiter will have the privilege to add hiring company’s logo URL from the web. You can add logo URL which will shown on top of the email to candidate.

 All above details will fasten the candidate decision making process

  1. Recruiter Signature
  • Name & Contact No: Recruiter can add your Name & Contact No. in email as your Signature. System will allow you to choose OTP Name & Mobile No. linked with your login.
  • LinkedIn Profile: Increase credibility of your mail by adding your LinkedIn Profile URL in your signature.

All above details will increase the authenticity of your email.

  1. Candidate Reply: In earlier version, system give two option to candidate for sending response i.e., Interest & Reply. In New version, all controls has been given to recruiter, whether he wants reply from candidate or not. Recruiter can specify Candidate reply functionality by simply clicking one tick.

Single Click Response Option: More buttons in email give candidate more options, which means increased response for the mail. But that’s not always how it works. If the email has too many calls to action/ Buttons, candidates could get overwhelmed and response get adversely affected.

In new massmail, we tried to make the choice simple by providing single click option to send response.

Improved Campaign Manager: Changes has been made in Campaign Manager page as well, to cope up with new massmail system.

In new Campaign Manager, Subject Line is also displayed. As compared to earlier campaign manager, now all responses are stored under single Heading “Responses”
